Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with all activities of daily living
- Provide support with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs
- Remind clients about medication schedules
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Conduct full transfers as necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Prepare meals according to client requirements
- Demonstrated compassion and patience
- Strong communication capabilities
- Proficiency in assisting with daily living activities
- Physical capability for tasks such as lifting and transferring seniors
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Certification as a CNA, CMT, GNA, or HHA with a minimum of 40 hours of HHA training
- Prior experience in home health care is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong references and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
