Job is:
The primary goal of the Manager of Educational Partnerships is to build and maintain strategic relationships with educational organizations, chartering districts, and community-based partners. This position supports the growth and development of the organization through fostering collaborative partnerships that enhance educational opportunities and community engagement. The Manager will play a key role in ensuring alignment between the organization's educational goals and the needs of external stakeholders.
Essential Functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Collaborate with the Superintendent and leadership team to align partnership strategies with organizational growth targets.
- Engage with district officials and educational stakeholders to promote program success and foster ongoing support.
- Develop and manage relationships with school boards, community organizations, and other partners to increase program visibility and effectiveness.
- Support the Charter Development team in identifying potential new partnership opportunities in new markets.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination between the instructional leadership and external partners.
- Plan, coordinate, and support educational events or initiatives that promote the organization’s mission.
- Assist with the charter renewal and accreditation processes in partnership with district officials.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to staff involved in partnership initiatives.
- Manage the tracking and reporting of partnership metrics to assess the impact of relationships on organizational goals.
- Perform other administrative functions and duties as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Preferred:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational partnership management or related fields.
- Experience working in a charter school environment or with district-level education programs.
- Knowledge of educational systems and community engagement strategies.
- Master's degree or equivalent in education, public administration, or related field.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of BA degree in education, communications, public relations, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in educational partnership or community engagement roles.
- Experience in program management or project coordination preferred.
