Our ideal candidate will :
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective and current students and families.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with students who have left the program, identifying ways to re-engage them.
- Provide one-on-one counseling to students and parents to guide them through the inquiry, registration, and enrollment processes.
- Serve as the primary contact for families during enrollment, ensuring their questions are answered and concerns addressed.
- Manage the enrollment process by ensuring paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Maintain consistent communication with families to support retention and build trust.
- Analyze enrollment and retention data to recommend strategies for improvement.
- Accurately input student information into the CRM system and monitor enrollment progress.
- Work with leadership and the center coordinator team to address barriers to student retention.
You'll need the following minimum requirements :
Hourly Range :
30.86 - $37.71 (Based on a 7-hour per day schedule)
