Job Overview

We are seeking Reliable, Hardworking, Compassionate and Dedicated, Caregivers, to provide essential care and assistance to our clients in various settings, including nursing homes, independent living, assisted living and home care environments. Caregivers must possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities. This role requires a blend of patience, empathy and practical skills to ensure the well-being of those in your care. $15.00 - $20.00/Hr.
Expected duties may include:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Meal preparation.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and any changes in health status.
- Assist with and ensure safe ambulation and transferring.
- Provide companionship to clients to promote mental well-being.
- Engage the clients.
- Medication Reminders.
- Light Housekeeping.
- Support clients with memory care techniques to enhance cognitive function and daily engagement.
- Document all Care Provided.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality and privacy.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in senior care or a related field.
- Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them accurately is required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently when assisting clients.
- A compassionate attitude towards providing care for individuals in need is crucial.
- Must have Reliable transportation.
- Background Check Required

- 1-3 Hour Short Shifts
- 8 hour shifts
- 12 Hour Shifts (am & pm)
- Weekends
- On-call
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends only
