Options Residential offers Community Residential Services to both adults and adolescents who are diagnosed with a mental illness, brain injury or who are chemically dependent. We are currently looking for a program supervisor for our Bloomington and Rosemount sites!
The Group Home Supervisor / Designated Coordinator will provide oversight for a single program location, although there may be times where the Supervisor will be called upon to support additional locations during times of transition/vacations/leaves, etc. They will provide training, supervision and support to the Direct Support Professional staff at that location. Additionally, the Supervisor will coordinate, lead and evaluate services provided at each location for the individuals supported by the program. Supervisors are responsible for oversight and compliance with 245D licensing requirements for their assigned location. This is an hourly non-exempt, full-time position, and will require direct care depending upon the needs of the site.

Benefits: Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life/LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30 hours per week to be benefits-eligible.
Requirements For This Position Include 1 Of The Following
Options Residential, Inc will conduct a Minnesota Department of Human Services Background Study on all new employees. Employees in driving positions will also be subject to a Motor Vehicle Background check. Continued employment will be contingent on a cleared background study and a satisfactory MVR.

Requirements For This Position Include 1 Of The Following
- a baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services, and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; OR
- an associate degree in a field related to human services, and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; OR
- a diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited post-secondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; OR
- a minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications of Program Supervisor I or Designated Coordinator/Manager level as defined by the Department of Human Services 245D license standards.
- Supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
