Community Support Worker

As a Community Support Worker, you will work one on one with individuals to support them through their journey to independence! If you've got experience as a Direct Support Professional, and ILS worker, or as a caregiver, we want to talk to you.
Part time evenings (3-10 or 4-10) and weekend days available at our West Saint Paul location
In this position, you have the flexibility of working independently while also having the structure and support of a team.

Salary Salary : $17.00 hourly
Benefits : Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life / LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30 hours per week to be benefits-eligible.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Experience doing Direct Support Professional Work (1 year experience preferred)
- 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to do personal cares (dressing, bathing / showering, toileting) with clients
- Valid US driver's license
- Basic computer skills
Options Residential, Inc will conduct a Minnesota Department of Human Services Background Study on all new employees. Employees in driving positions will also be subject to a Motor Vehicle Background check. Continued employment will be contingent on a cleared background study and a satisfactory MVR.
