Role Description
This is an internship role for a Fashion Business Law Intern at OPTIONS®.
The intern will assist with legal research, drafting documents such as infringement analysis, cease and desist, submitting and editing trademark filings with the USPTO, and providing legal support to the team on various projects. Tasks may include conducting research on fashion-related legal issues, helping draft contracts, and supporting the team in ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
This is a hybrid role located in New York, NY, with the flexibility to work from home.
Qualifications
- Law student or law degree preferred
- Knowledge or passion for fashion industry, brand management, and brand strategy
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a law program
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Internship is unpaid with the option to come on board as paid.
