Job Description :
Optiremote is seeking an experienced Python Developer for a long-term onsite contract position in Weehawken, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development, database design, and Agile methodologies.
Required Skills :
Strong competence in Python.
Strong competence in SQL and database design / architectures.
Knowledge of Git version control.
Experience working with Agile development methodologies and ceremonies.
Nice to Have :
Experience with workflow orchestration platforms (especially Apache Airflow).
Understanding of data science / machine learning models.
Experience in or knowledge of R.
Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs).
