Job Overview :
Our client is seeking a skilled SharePoint Business Analyst to join their team in Raleigh, NC. This role requires local candidates in the Triangle region of North Carolina who can attend occasional in-office meetings (1-2 days per month). The selected candidate must be comfortable working remotely using their own equipment, as a laptop will not be provided.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a liaison between business and IT teams to analyze and document business requirements.
- Design and test SharePoint and web-based content management solutions.
- Develop and optimize SharePoint lists, libraries, and content types.
- Evaluate and re-engineer business processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare clear and concise technical training materials and user documentation.
- Communicate effectively with both business users and IT teams to ensure project alignment.
- Utilize Microsoft Suite tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) for documentation and collaboration.
- Adhere to the application development lifecycle and best practices.
