NaturalPoint is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our Operations team. This role is critical in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring timely and efficient processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. The ideal candidate has experience working in a warehouse environment, is comfortable handling materials, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments using UPS, FedEx, and related systems
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and periodic full physical inventories
- Fulfill material transfer requests for production shortages and engineering needs
- Move materials to and from incoming inspection
- Recycle and manage packaging materials
- Maintain clean and organized shipping and receiving areas
Qualifications
- 2 years of warehouse, inventory, or shipping/receiving experience preferred
- Familiarity with inventory systems and part numbers
- Comfortable using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Forklift operation may be expected; certification preferred
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Clear communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
- Frequent bending, standing, walking, and/or sitting during an 8-hour shift
- Prolonged use of computers and standard warehouse tools
- Regular, punctual attendance required
