This position is open to remote or local candidates (hybrid). Remote candidates must be open to travel to our corporate site at least once a month.
Position Summary
The Display Business, Product Manager’s focus will be the Americas region while working across teams in EMEA and APAC. This hybrid PM will be a liaison between PMC, R&D and Commercialization PM team, to develop, implement and maintain the company’s product line. The candidate will also work closely with members of the Marketing department, Sales and TSC to ensure continuity in product offering and company goals. Adhering and promoting company values by performing duties in a manner that is consistent with being a team leader and supports the continued growth of the company.
Essential Duties:
- Maintain and develop the Display Business Roadmap, analyzing product proposals and driving the specifications of the products.
- Co-work with Commercialization PMs to developing product-marketing collateral: assisting with, brochure, design, website, training materials and videos.
- Setup and report products using NetSuite and Jira systems.
- Researching and maintaining competitive analysis library.
- Under the direction of his manager, oversee the entire product life cycle.
- Develop product related training material for internal sales teams and cross-functional departments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and technology partners.
- Support and participate in key tradeshows throughout the year, hands on work might be required for key product demonstrations setups.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidates must have 5 years of experience in the AV industry specifically with Displays technology within the Education and Corporate segments.
- Passion for Display technologies and projection in particular with Interactive Flat Panels and Commercial Displays.
- Bachelor’s degree in Video, Audio, Multimedia Production, Sound Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related fields.
- Assertive, engaging, quick thinker and confident personality. Highly organized with ability to collaborate, build consensus and develop strong working relationships across teams.
- Team player who is flexible and willing to go that extra mile, with ability to work independently using own initiative.
- Technical knowledge of the following would be ideal:
- Popular input and output connectivity for products related to the job description.
- Knowledge about networking (wired/wireless) control systems, including Bluetooth and Wireless connectivity.
- Understanding of popular AV accessories used in Education, Corporate and Enterprise environments.
- familiar with Education and Enterprise software.
