Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled IT Applications Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. As an IT Applications Engineer (NetSuite Developer), you will be responsible for customizing, developing, and supporting solutions on the NetSuite platform to meet the needs of our organization. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Develop, customize, and optimize NetSuite scripts (SuiteScript 2.0) including workflows, user event scripts, scheduled scripts, and Suitelets.
- Design and implement NetSuite customizations including fields, forms, records, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
- Integrate NetSuite with other applications using REST / SOAP web services, CSV imports, and other integration tools.
- Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite customizations and configurations.
- Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide technical support and training to end users as needed.
- Stay current with NetSuite updates, new features, and functionality.
- Support and develop the company's internal IT applications.
- Other duties as needed
