Skills:
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Knowledge of optical products and services
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
- Experience with Electronic record systems
- Understanding of medical coding practices
- Previous experience in retail management is a plus
- High level computer skills as well as typing skills
- Ability to work with a variety of patients.
