Job Description: Eyecare experience required. This position is based out of our Lebanon office, but applicants must be willing to travel to all seven of our locations.

Optometric Technicians/Assistants are responsible for performing:
- Auto-refraction/ keratometry
- OCT, VEP, ERG, FUNDUS PHOTOGRAPHY
- Corneal topography
- Screening visual fields
- Digital Retinal Imaging
- Color vision testing
- Stereopsis evaluation
- Visual acuity testing
- Case history
- Entering the medication history
- Entering the allergy history
- Family history and previous medical history
- Record management (verification that the required testing has been completed and documented)
- Entering all patient related data relayed by the doctor
- Assistance in the examination process with ophthalmic drop installation
- Assisting in some procedures
- Participating in the discussion of the patients’ case
- Coordinating patient care with other doctors
- Becoming the patient’s advocate
- Take the patient payment
- Assume the role of cl technician/optician
- Assist optician in selling as well as back office duties such as ordering, filing to insurance, etc.
