We are seeking a dynamic Medical Optometric Practice Manager to assist with overseeing our operations and ensure that our team functions at its best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all locations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.
- Develop and implement procedures that enhance workflow and improve patient satisfaction.
- Hold team members accountable for their roles and responsibilities, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
