We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team and assist the administration of our 7 middle Tennessee locations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our offices by providing administrative support and managing various tasks related to patient care and office management. This position is essential for maintaining efficient workflows and delivering high-quality service in a medical setting.
Duties
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Assist with training and cross-training staff.
- Assist with managing staff schedules for different locations
- Coordinate appointments, manage schedules, and handle patient inquiries in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care services.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical office or clinic setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of optometry practices is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- A background in retail sales may be beneficial for understanding customer service dynamics.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Previous Eye Care/Optometry Experience Preferred-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- Proven experience in a leadership role
