Optomi, in partnership with the largest automotive manufacturer, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner with a strong background in Salesforce Service Cloud and contact center technologies, particularly AWS and Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate will possess the expertise to guide and advise the business on technology roadmaps, ensuring that solutions align with both current needs and future trends. As the Technical Product Owner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including vendors and technical developers, to deliver impactful enhancements in an agile environment, while also supporting the product owner and scrum master.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing vendor relationships, driving technical solutions, and ensuring the seamless integration of enterprise technology to meet the dynamic demands of the business. You will act as a strategic partner, offering guidance on the evolving technology landscape, particularly within call center solutions, and ensuring that the team stays ahead of market changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their roadmap and help define and implement tech solutions that meet their goals.
- Work closely with vendors, technical developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements in an agile manner.
- Provide technical expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, AWS, and Amazon Connect to guide business and technical decisions.
- Support the product owner and scrum master in an agile/scrum environment, ensuring adherence to principles and best practices.
- Act as a thought leader, offering strategic advice on technology trends and solutions that can benefit the business.
- Oversee and manage vendor relationships, ensuring that partners deliver quality solutions on time.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with the business goals and market shifts.
- Lead, guide, and mentor a team of developers, providing coaching and oversight to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay up to date with changes in technology, particularly in the Salesforce and contact center domains, and advise the business accordingly.
Must-Have Skills & Requirements:
- Salesforce Certified Systems Administrator and Salesforce Service Cloud Certified Consultant.
- Proven experience working in agile/scrum environments, with a strong understanding of agile principles.
- Strong consultative experience, ideally in large corporate environments, with a proven ability to navigate complex organizational politics.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and related technologies.
- Ability to guide, coach, and lead technical teams, especially developers, in achieving project goals.
- Ability to act as a strategic partner to the business and contribute to the development of the technology roadmap.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Salary : $70 - $75
