Business Systems Analyst I
Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst I to join our Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Solutions Team, specifically supporting the Run State Maintenance sub-team. This role focuses on supporting Icertis (and related) platforms, with responsibilities spanning business analysis, system support, documentation, testing, and user training.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business owners to identify and define specific business problems and translate them into system and service needs.
- Conduct interviews with business areas to determine priorities and gather requirements.
- Perform functional analysis and develop specifications for new systems or major enhancements.
- Create cost-benefit analyses and contribute to the development of business cases.
- Manage work plans and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Draft and review user requirements and system documentation.
- Participate in requirements inspections and peer reviews.
- Support post-implementation testing and validation of delivered solutions.
- Assist in developing training materials and user guides for improved platform adoption.
- Contribute to the ongoing support and configuration of the Icertis CLM platform.

- Demonstrated understanding of project management principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proven ability to write both functional and technical specifications.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively manage workload and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Syntex.
- Experience supporting SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools such as Jira.
- Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
- Prior experience with Icertis CLM platform configuration is a strong plus.
