Digital Project Manager
Location : Fort Worth, Texas
Travel : 15-20% (Primarily international, up to 2-3 days per trip)
4 days a week onsite but there will be some flex
Overview :
We have partnered with a global airline to find their Digital Project Manager and help drive the delivery of key digital initiatives that enhance the airline alliance’s technology infrastructure.
This role bridges both technical and business aspects, ensuring alignment with project goals, overseeing delivery timelines, and collaborating across multiple teams. The role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact digital projects with a primary focus on the development and integration of services that drive operational excellence for our airline partners. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and customers, manage reporting to leadership, and navigate complex environments to ensure that projects are on track and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management & Delivery : Lead and manage multiple digital projects, ensuring the completion of objectives within scope, time, and budget. Primary focus on a single large project (70% of your time), with additional oversight of other related projects within the overall program (approximately 8 projects).
- Technical and Business Liaison : Serve as the key interface between technical teams and business stakeholders. Assist in translating business needs into technical solutions and manage project timelines, ensuring both business objectives and technical deliverables are aligned.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals. Manage expectations and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and key milestones.
- Reporting & Communication : Prepare and present periodic reports to senior leadership, including VPs, summarizing project status, key risks, and actionable insights. Work with senior leaders (Kaval, Jaron) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Problem-Solving & Risk Management : Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that may hinder project progress. Use your technical and business knowledge to dive deep when needed and drive resolution.
- Agile & Change Management : Facilitate agile planning sessions and workshops, helping teams stay on track and adapt to any changes. Manage change processes and ensure smooth transitions as project adjustments arise.
- International Travel : Undertake periodic international travel (15-20%) to oversee project milestones, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth delivery of initiatives.
