GRC/Data Governance Analyst - 100% remote (EST)
Optomi, in partnership with a Fortune 10 client, is looking to hire a Data Governance/GRC analyst to their growing them! The Data Governance/GRC Analyst will have 3-5 years of IT experience and a solid understanding of MS Excel. This role entails data hygiene/clean-up involving service and non-service accounts to enforce better and stronger security measures.
The Data Governance/GRC analyst will work with Sailpoint and other tools within IAM. This role is for someone who is highly organized, proactive and has strong communication/follow-up skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring, hygiene, tracking, information gathering, and working with customers to enhance various security measures in the identity and access management space. Will be evaluating service and non-service accounts to ensure proper passwords are set, correct privileges are assigned, accounts are disabled/enables properly, and security policies are being enforced
- Work with MS Excel to make edits, changes, apply filters, utilize drop downs, etc.
- Work collaboratively with team members. Track responses, enforce policies, troubleshoot issues, etc.
- Manage data governance and IAM metrics
- Think strategically about improving company operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics or related discipline preferred.
- At least 3-5 of IT experience with 1-2 years working in the IAM and/or GRC space
- 1-2 years experience working with MS Excel (intermediate level)
- 1 years working in data governance or data clean-up roles (or related)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
