IT Operations and Support Lead- Onsite in Raleigh, NC
Optomi, in partnership with a client is looking for an IT Operations and Support Lead to join their team. This person will responsible for supporting IT operations across multiple locations and offices.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting various hardware, software, and other IT issues
- Monitoring systems for performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with an MSP to solve various IT issues related to the network, systems, and servers
- Serve as the escalation point via phone, email, and in-person
- Spearhead any new tool or policy rollout across the IT department
- Create documentation and SOP's for other members of the team to follow
- Interact with various stakeholders, internal employees, and service providers across the business

- Ability to work in Raleigh, NC on-site 4-5x/week and travel to other locations occasionally
- Experience serving as lead IT Service Desk/Operations escalation point to resolve various IT issues
- Experience working with a ticketing system, Windows servers and OS, and Active Directory
- Experience communicating across the business in a customer facing role
- Any experience with 365 and Microsoft products preferred
- Experience onboarding new users to the organization and creating documentation
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
