Proven experience leading hands-on migrations of complex Slack workflows and integrations to Microsoft Teams
Expertise in Microsoft Teams development, Power Automate, and Azure, including deep knowledge of APIs and administration capabilities
Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra functional accounts and Microsoft Graph API permissions
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for engineers
Effective coaching and mentorship skills to support engineers during the transition
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of directing technical discussions across multiple teams
Proficiency in C# and JavaScript for building integrations
Strong understanding of REST APIs, OAuth authentication, and data exchange protocols
Experience analyzing data structures and mapping data between different systems
Knowledge of UI / UX best practices for developing intuitive integrations within Teams
