Lead Product Manager – Denver, CO
Optomi, in partnership with a leading telecommunications company, is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to support the development of high-speed internet solutions, including Network on Demand and new internet tiers. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to gather and define requirements from frontline teams, and the expertise to craft clear, concise artifacts for leadership and technical teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of network evolution by interfacing with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment between business needs and product development.

Experience of the Right Candidate:

- Customer-focused mindset with experience in customer interactions and user experience improvements.
- Strong presentation skills and comfort in presenting to VP-level executives.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a huge plus.
- Background in enterprise environments with experience managing complexity at scale.
Responsibilities of the Right Candidate:
- Collaborate with frontline teams to gather and define product requirements.
- Develop clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and product artifacts.
- Work closely with product and program managers to align on business needs and technical execution.
- Present findings and product recommendations to senior leadership and VP-level executives.
- Assist in building processes and frameworks for standing up network evolution initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure smooth implementation of new network capabilities.
Salary : $60 - $65
