Through the Acadomi, starting MAY 27TH, we are growing our organization and providing hands-on training, mentorships, and growth opportunities within our company. Recent Graduate candidates will work full-time with seasoned recruiters and account executives to gain a foundation for the IT industry – from best recruiting practices to account management. Responsibilities :

  • Participate in an informative 2-month training program with experienced Recruiters and Account Executives to boost your career in IT recruiting (MAY 27TH START DATE)
  • Work closely with a Team Lead to perfect your skills in sourcing, interviewing, and submitting candidates
  • Gain experience cold calling, interacting and prospecting new business
  • Gain a foundation for Optomi’s recruiting and sales process to eventually move into an Account Executive role

What does an Account Executive do for Optomi?

  • Connect with clients / companies in the local market to learn about their business needs and problems through phone calls, in-person meetings, coffees, lunches, etc.
  • Develop strong partnerships with key clients / companies by informing them who Optomi is and what how we can be the ideal partner for their business needs
  • Be the point-of-contact for all hiring needs between the client and recruiting team (interview feedback, updates, coordination, etc.)
  • Maintain and constantly develop your own book of business through excellent written and verbal communication with clients
  • Basic Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Desired Skills and Experience :

  • 0-1 years of professional experience – Training provided!
  • Drive and determination to succeed

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
