Sr. Site Reliability Engineer (Kubernetes, Cloud)

Optomi, in partnership with a leader within the entertainment industry, is seeking an experienced Sr. Site Reliability Engineer to join their Orlando, FL office! This role is ideal for professionals with experience in designing, building, and operationalizing Kubernetes clusters across major cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud-native technologies, multi-cloud networking, and security best practices. This role is essential in maintaining the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud infrastructure.

Experience of the right candidate:

• STEM Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Large enterprise experience.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience in at least two of AWS (EKS), GCP (GKE), or Azure (AKS).
• Expertise in networking and security across clouds, including IAM, routing, firewalls, etc.
• Proven experience building and operationalizing Kubernetes clusters from scratch through to production.
• Familiarity with all three major clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure) is preferred.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Strong scripting abilities (e.g., Python, Bash).

• Play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
• Implement monitoring solutions to ensure system performance and resolve issues proactively.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
