Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the energy sector, is seeking a Workstation Administrator to support and maintain critical laptops and workstations used by Engineers and Gas Control & Planning (GC&P) control technicians. This role requires up to 50% travel across service territories in Michigan to ensure secure and efficient workstation operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware for laptops and workstations
- Manage hardware / software inventory and oversee asset & change management
- Create and manage workstation images for seamless deployment
- Administer workstation accounts and handle patch & vulnerability management
- Provide on-site end-user support for control technicians
- Develop and maintain standard work instructions
