Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant Business Systems Developer
LOCATION: Marlborough, MA

OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant Business Systems Developer to join our Global IT department. In this hybrid role you will be based in Marlborough, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, designing and developing applications and reports, and ensuring the ongoing maintenance of solutions for departments across the business. You will also be responsible for configuring and supporting Dynamics 365 and other 3rd party products to provide impactful solutions for business issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and support the existing Dynamics 365 CE implementation and associated systems.
• Work with the wider IT Development team to lead and contribute to IT projects.
• Engage with other departments to support and understand their business requirements.
• Support the deployment of solutions to production environments via Application Lifecycle Management.
• Contribute to process improvements and sharing best practices with the wider team.
• Proactively deal with Tier 2 Technical Support issues from our internal helpdesk.
• Present and analyse data via reports and visualisations.
• Use initiative to find solutions for issues in the business.
• Manage multiple projects at a time, prioritising wherever necessary.
• Document processes to share with team and circulate knowledge.
• Code reviews and peer programming.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Educated to degree level in an engineering discipline or equivalent education gained through 3 years work experience in a suitable environment.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement / Power Apps.
• Power Platform Plugin / Javascript development experience.
• Reporting experience (SSRS/Power BI).
• SQL Server experience.
• Experience of the Microsoft Stack.
• Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Customer focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong risk management awareness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office applications).
• An ability to work within tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Highly motivated, organised and methodical.
• Knowledge of a variety of development tools and applications such as Visual Studio and DevOps.
• C#.

HIGHLY BENEFICIAL SKILLS

• Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain or other ERP.
• Azure or similar cloud technology.
• Microsoft Fabric or Data warehousing.
