We seek an ambitious and results-driven B2B Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be a key player in building and maintaining relationships with business clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions. As a B2B Sales Associate, you'll also be an integral part of our collaborative efforts with the marketing, product, sales, and engagement teams to craft and execute strategies that attract, engage, and convert target business audiences.

As a B2B Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include :

  • Our B2B Sales Associates cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with business clients & consumers, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their unique needs
  • Identify new business opportunities and proactively pursue leads through research, networking, and innovative marketing strategies
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product / service demonstrations to potential consumers
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and overall business objectives
  • Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to provide clients with informed, value-driven solutions
  • Regularly report on sales activities and key performance metrics

Qualifications for the B2B Sales Associate Role :

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent work experience is also sufficient
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of successfully driving traffic and generating leads
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to executive leadership
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics and data visualization tools
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven and customer-first mindset
