What You'll Do : As the Entry Level Direct Marketing & Sales Associate, you will be the voice and face of our company as we continue to trailblaze the telecommunication market and advance Verizon's footprint regionally and nationally.
Upon completing the training and mastering the entry-level sales, you will have access to other avenues at our company - including more clients to work with and the opportunity to train and develop fellow employees.
Primary job responsibilities include : Delivery of interactive sales presentations on industry-leading telecommunications technology Daily and weekly participation in ongoing customer acquisition, sales, and compliance training Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including the number of customers reached, presentations completed, orders processed, and any customer relationship issues Commitment to constant personal and professional development Salary and Benefits : Average first-year income range : $45,000-$60,000 (Performance-based pay structure upon passing training requirements) Monthly opportunities for performance incentivized rewards such as gift cards, tickets to sporting events, and the latest electronics Hands-on training, coaching, and mentorship and access to our upper-management team whenever needed Access to Microsoft and Apple's latest iPads and tablets to guarantee that you're hitting those performance goals quickly and efficiently A dynamic team-oriented environment with weekly activities, charity events, and travel opportunities This is an in-office position that is set to start immediately, so we are looking for an individual that is local to New Hyde Park and able to start in 1-2 weeks.
