Entry Level Sales Support Representative Responsibilities :
- Act as the liaison to customers, providing insight on product knowledge, services offered, any customer questions and handle requests
- Work with all divisional departments, such as customer service and marketing, on requested management
- Develop best practices surrounding the use of sales systems to drive business revenue
- Assist with collaborative efforts surrounding the redesign of products to benefit teams
- Work with customers directly to complete the full sales cycle
- Participate in weekly training sessions to increase knowledge on client and services
- Work with customers daily executive effective and reliable communication
