Entry Level Sales Associate

We are one of the leading marketing and sales firms in the Monroe area. We have partnered with some of the nation’s most well-known and respected telecommunications companies where our job is to help them acquire new customers, maintain existing customers, and expand their overall reach.

Our team is currently hiring for an Entry Level Sales Associate position. An ideal candidate for the Entry Level Sales Associate is someone who:

Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Building strong relationships with customers on behalf of our clients
• Being knowledgeable on all products and services our client has to offer
• Answering all customer questions and being able to offer solutions
• Recommending products and services that may fit the needs of customers
• Closing sales when need be and ensuring all steps are completed
• Following all CDC and client compliance guidelines when interacting with customers
• Keeping an updated record of all customer interactions
• Working alongside fellow Junior Sales Consultants to achieve company goals
  
  

Entry Level Sales Associate Education/ Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required)
• 1-3 years of experience in any customer service or sales associate role
• Competitive to be able to negotiate with sales orders
• Outgoing personality working with our customers face to face daily creating a welcoming environment
• Adaptable when it comes to new trends in the company and local markets
  
  

The Entry Level Sales Associate role is in-office and is set to start immediately, so we are looking for an individual that is local to Monroe, NY and able to start in 1-2 weeks.

Hours Of Operation: 10:00am - 6:00pm
