is a high-end luxury boutique specializing in bed & bath linens, Duxiana Swedish mattress, sleepwear, unique gifts and fragrances.
Our company is looking to hire a rock star retail assistant manager, who is responsible for nurturing relationships, achieving sales goals, striving to learn and grow. This role requires strong leadership skills and an ability to retain and recall extensive information. Work 35-40 hours/week. The ideal candidate has extensive retail experience, is punctual, responsible, and fashion savvy. Pays hourly plus commission.
Responsibilities
- Visual merchandising/display
- Coordinate color and design high-end European bed & bath linens
- Daily Housekeeping
- Assist store manager with operations
- Achieve sales goals
- Build customer relationships
- Conduct mattress presentations to prospective high-end customers
- Receive and process merchandise using a cloud based POS system
- Post and maintain social media accounts
- Become subject matter expert in bed and bath linens and Duxiana
Qualifications
- Must be sales driven
- Must have sales experience with sales goal
- Must be a self starter and an innovator
- Must be extroverted
- Must be an excellent communicator
- Staff management experience is required
- Visual merchandising experience is required
- Passion for design and or fashion is required
- Must be available to work weekends and November - December
- Desire to learn and grow rapidly
- Must have a professional and mature demeanor
- Must have passion for high-end merchandise
- Like to talk to people
