We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and hospitality-focused Assistant Property Manager to help manage a portfolio of luxury Airbnb homes across Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, and St. Augustine.
You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, exceptional guest experiences, and beautifully maintained homes—every stay, every time.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with guest messaging, check-ins, and support
- Coordinate cleaners, vendors, and property upkeep
- Perform quality inspections and staging
- Help solve issues quickly and professionally
What We’re Looking For:
- Airbnb or vacation rental experience strongly preferred
