Opulent Property Management is a fast-growing, family-owned company specializing in luxury vacation rentals across Northeast Florida. We’re looking for a Director of Luxury Vacation Home Operations to take charge of the day-to-day management of a high-end portfolio, ensuring each guest experience is flawless and every property runs like clockwork.
This is not your typical 9–5 job. We need someone with proven vacation rental experience, a flexible schedule, and a passion for elite service.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations for 20 luxury vacation homes in Duval and St. Johns County
- Manage and coordinate vendors, cleaners, maintenance staff, and inspectors
- Ensure each home meets five-star standards before every guest check-in
- Serve as the local point of contact for guests and homeowners
- Solve problems on the fly and ensure quick, high-quality resolutions
- Develop and improve systems for more efficient operations
- Represent the Opulent brand with professionalism, polish, and pride
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in vacation rental operations or luxury hospitality is required
- Must have an extremely flexible schedule (including weekends, evenings, and holidays)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple properties
- Passionate about luxury service and creating unforgettable guest experiences
