Job Opportunity : Part-Time On-Call Maintenance Technician for Luxury Vacation Rentals
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team on a part-time, on-call basis. This role is critical to maintaining a portfolio of high-end luxury vacation rental properties, where attention to detail, efficiency, and quality are paramount. The ideal candidate will have flexible availability and hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving common property issues.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide prompt and professional maintenance services to address issues in luxury vacation rental properties.
- Troubleshoot and repair property systems, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
- Build, repair, and replace fixtures, furniture, and property components with precision and care.
- Perform basic pool maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
- Complete tasks efficiently and accurately to ensure minimal disruption for guests.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients, guests, and team members.
