POSITION SUMMARY
As our portfolio expands, Opulent Property Management is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to ensure the seamless management and operation of our vacation rental properties. This role involves setting competitive pricing, coordinating property inspections, maintaining high operational standards, and enhancing the overall guest and homeowner experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, hospitality, or real estate, paired with a warm, professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee daily administrative and operational tasks for all properties.
• Set competitive rental rates based on market trends, costs, and profit goals.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new business and build the Opulent brand.
• Manage property operations using our Property Management Software (PMS), including calendars, turnovers, guest contracts, and security deposits.
• Coordinate and oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and third-party vendor services.
• Conduct property inspections to maintain quality standards and manage housekeeping teams, including hiring and training.
• Provide prompt and professional resolution to guest complaints, ensuring guest and homeowner satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, guests, and vendors.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficiency with property management software (Hostaway preferred) and other computer programs.
• Background in customer service, hospitality, or real estate is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with a variety of personalities.
• Experience in vacation rental management is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and mobility throughout the Jacksonville Beach to St. Augustine area.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Salary: $45,000–$60,000 annually, with On-Track Earnings (OTE) of $75,000–$125,000.
