About the Role:
As our Property Management Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the impeccable presentation of our luxury vacation homes while ensuring a seamless experience for both guests and homeowners. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires exceptional attention to detail, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate our housekeeping team, ensuring properties are cleaned and staged to perfection for guest arrivals.
• Conduct comprehensive home inspections to guarantee every detail meets our luxury standards.
• Assist guests with check-ins, special requests, and any on-site needs to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.
• Act as a liaison between owners, vendors, and service providers, ensuring smooth property operations.
• Address and resolve guest concerns or maintenance issues efficiently to uphold our reputation for excellence.
• Support in the overall management of the company’s day-to-day operations, learning and growing with the business.
Who We’re Looking For:
• A local candidate based in Jacksonville Beach or St. Augustine.
• Prior experience in vacation rental management, Airbnb, or high-end hospitality is a must.
• Presentable and professional demeanor – you will represent a luxury brand.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle guest and owner interactions with ease.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, when our properties are at peak occupancy.
• Clean and reliable transportation is required, as travel between properties will be necessary.
