Position Overview :
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Account Executive to join our sales and marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking growth in a high-energy, client-facing role with the potential to advance into senior management or director positions.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Account Management : Provide advice and support to existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is maintained.New Customer Enrollment : Assist with onboarding and enrolling new customers, guiding them through the process to ensure a smooth transition.Coaching & Training : Mentor new team members, sharing your expertise to help them grow within the company.Daily Morning Meetings : Participate in daily meetings to review goals, share updates, and align with the team on strategies and objectives.Data Entry & Record Keeping : Accurately maintain client information and track sales activity.Intensive Management Development Program : Participate in a structured development program designed to build the skills necessary for higher-level positions.Qualifications :
Education & Experience : No prior experience required! We provide full training to set you up for success.Skills Required :Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication abilities (both verbal and written)Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentOther Requirements :Valid driver's license
Ability to travel as requiredPositive attitude and willingness to learnCompensation Packages :
We offer two pay packages :
Base Commission : Start with a guaranteed base salary and earn commissions based on performance.2. Commission Only : For those who prefer a more performance-driven compensation structure, commission-only options are available.
