- Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on market trends and competitive analysis.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients, showcasing our products and services effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales; experience in B2B sales is a plus.
- Strong understanding of sales management principles and strategies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
