Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred).
- Experience with Auditing and Inspection Maintenance, preferably in vehicle services industry a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills including effective listening and the ability to interact well with customers and personnel.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Experience with working with Microsoft Office products (i.e., Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook), including intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of service station/repair industry a plus.

Requirements:Job Purpose
This position is responsible for coordinating the electronic certificate program. Also, acts a support to the Industry Manager to assist station personnel with the application process, certification and recertification, compliance requirements, and inspector related items.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate inspector electronic certificate program by:
- Registers stations for Automated Clearing House (ACH).
- Updates ACH accounts.
- Reconciles ACH returns.
- Transfers, reissues, and cancels certificates as needed.
- Professionally interacts with station representatives and inspectors regarding program policies/procedures, technical issues, problem resolution, and electronic certificates.
- Responds to emails and follows up with station personnel daily.
- Reviews and processes inspector applications.
- Helps track and assists stations and inspectors with contract compliance and documentation requirements.
- Creates inspector certificates and identification cards, includes coordinating biometric (finger vein) enrollments.
- Assists and works with Opus's Quality Assurance personnel to identify program or policy outliers, includes performing subject specific training for station and inspection personnel as needed.
- Schedules inspector trainings, distributes materials and prepares classroom.
- Periodically assists with the company's continual improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives, including participation in the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Participates in meetings and conferences as needed.
- Performs other duties as required.
