Second Assistant Manager with the Maryland Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program (VEIP)
Envirotest, the operating subsidiary of Opus Inspection, a worldwide provider of vehicle emissions testing equipment and services, is currently looking for a full-time Second Assistant Manager to assist the Station Manager in local operations for our Columbia, Maryland inspection facility. As Second Assistant Manager you will assist the Station Manager in opening and closing the facility, monitor lane operations, ensure effective customer service is maintained at the facility, assist in implementing the stations' safety training program, and explain test results to customers.
This is a leased position through Carmel Staffing, LLC.
Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older, have a high school diploma or equivalent, have a valid Maryland Driver's License, excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail, and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Automotive knowledge and 1-2 years of management experience preferred. There is frequent standing, up to 90% of the time. Must pass drug and background check.
