Position Summary
The purpose of this role is to be the Mercedes subject matter expert and to provide vehicle technical support related to all aspects of the vehicle.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the SME for Mercedes
- Maximize first time resolution of customer queries
- Responsible for resolving all issues at every level
- Responsible for providing information and advice on vehicle diagnostics and technical solutions to customer via telephone and supported equipment
- Accountable for documenting all customer interactions in Opus IVS database
- Partner with technicians and software development teams to improve products and services
- Responsible for providing training support to customers and employees as required
