Job Overview
The Integration Systems Analyst oversees the review and management of service outputs, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and service delivery. This role also involves the development and maintenance of detailed documentation for integration processes.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews and manages service outputs, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and service delivery.
- Develops and maintains documentation for integration processes.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base for both internal teams and external partners regarding integration processes.
- Work alongside Services Technology Manager to ensure documentation aligns with technical specifications and updates.
- Regularly updates the team on any changes or developments in documentation including release notes.
- Regularly interact with partners to gather feedback and insights, feeding this information into analysis reports.
- Provides analytical insights and detailed reporting on partner adherence and performance.
- Collaborate with Opus IVS Client Support Supervisors to refine operational processes based on data-driven insights both internally and for integration partners.
- Provide comprehensive reports to Services Technology Manager for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborates with product management on identifying & triaging potential bugs as well as specifying new reporting requirements for development.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- AA/AS degree in a related field or 3 years relevant data analysis experience.
- Experience in data analysis and documentation within a technical or business environment.
- Proficiency in documentation tools and data analysis software such as Excel and SQL.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in a related field or 5 years relevant data analysis experience.
- Advanced proficiency in documentation tools and data analysis software such as Excel and SQL.
- Experience in the automotive industry or technical services.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
