We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of construction and maintenance, with a strong focus on painting and finishing work. Duties
- Perform construction painting tasks, ensuring high-quality finishes on various surfaces.
- Assist in trim carpentry and frame carpentry projects, including installation and restoration of fixtures.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various tasks, including masonry work and fixture installation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members on larger projects, providing support as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks to uphold the quality of structures and finishes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction painting or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with trim carpentry, frame carpentry, masonry, and fixture installation is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate power tools and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be physically capable of performing manual labor tasks associated with the role.
