We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in RESIDENTIAL remodeling / construction and possess a strong skill set from rough to finish carpentry, as well as effective communication skills. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible, for ensuring quality workmanship and leading a team of carpenters to deliver exceptional results on time. Experience managing crew and subcontracted labor including assigning work, scheduling, and performance.
The ideal candidate :
- 10 years experience in RESIDENTIALl remodeling / construction
- Eye for detail & quality control
- Facilitating daily operations, calculate and schedule materials needed
- Coordinate project schedule
- Ability to read project plans / construction documents, drawings, and related
- Computer savvy including MS Office
- Ensure Safety protocols
- Knowledge of best building practices.
Salary : $45 - $50
