```Duties```
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Protect property and assets by maintaining a visible presence
- Enforce rules and regulations to prevent unauthorized entry and maintain order
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities
- Conduct security checks of the premises, including doors, windows, and gates
- Provide assistance to visitors, employees, and clients as needed
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records
```Experience```
- Previous experience in security or related field preferred
- Knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Strong communication skills for interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Basic computer skills for writing reports and using security software
Skills:
- Military or law enforcement experience is a plus
- CPR and first aid certification is desirable
- Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques to prevent theft or damage to property
- Ability to perform surveillance duties effectively
