In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with various divisions for financial analysis and decision support
• Enhance interdepartmental collaboration
• Oversee the annual budget process
• Develop financial tools and reporting systems
• Streamline business processes
• Perform ad-hoc analyses

Experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Experience in a Financial Analyst or Financial Planning role
• Experience working for a Non-Profit or in a highly regulated field
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency with reporting systems (ideally Workday)
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
