Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and document business needs and goals.
- Evaluate and streamline processes within Dynamics 365.
- Design and propose tailored solutions with technical teams.
- Implement, configure, and integrate Dynamics 365 systems.
- Train users and provide ongoing system support.
- Create insightful reports and dashboards to inform decisions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout projects.
You should have:
- Experienced in ERP Business Analysis.
- A minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience.
- Good knowledge in migrating data and interaction with other systems.
- A solid awareness of Azure DevOps and project management.
- The ability to gather business needs and translate them into relevant specifications whilst recommending appropriate solutions to address functional gaps.
- Able to collect and define business processes in large scale integration projects.
- Skilled in tools like Power BI or SQL Reporting Service.
- Solid foundation of knowledge in finance and/or supply chain concepts.
