Job Description:
Overview: The Marketing Automation Specialist reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end customer journey, including email automation and various digital touchpoints. This role involves shaping workflows for campaigns, providing design guidance, ensuring optimal design and language continuity, and maximizing conversion funnels. The specialist will also support campaign reporting and optimization, identifying successful and unsuccessful campaign aspects, and finding improvement opportunities. Additionally, the role requires working with GIS and channel marketing partners to design, execute, and track the performance of all Insulation email campaign initiatives. As a knowledge resource, the specialist will also advocate for marketing automation within the Insulation business.
Required Skills:
• More than 3 years of experience in email marketing/automation.
• Strong understanding of email marketing automation, content development, and contemporary technology.
• Prior experience in implementing multi-platform digital marketing campaigns, content writing, and developing campaigns for B2B companies.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics platform or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, XML, HTML, JSON, ODATA, CSS, Chrome Developer Tools, and JavaScript is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Email Automation Campaign Design (60%):
o Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and GIS Leaders to create strategic marketing automation plans aligned with growth drivers and business initiatives.
o Set measurable KPIs tied to marketing automation campaigns.
o Design and implement workflows and pathways for marketing automation campaigns, including outlining touchpoints and creating user pathways (if/then).
o Implement high-quality, end-to-end marketing automation journeys within Microsoft Dynamics.
o Facilitate discussions to identify lead sources, execute strategy, and align communication and responsibilities across marketing and sales teams.
o Be the primary point of contact within Insulation for all marketing automation inquiries.
2. Data and Reporting (25%):
o Use analytics to track campaign performance and adjust tactics as necessary.
o Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
o Create and present comprehensive reports to key stakeholders and leadership with insights and recommendations.
3. Content Writing and Design Oversight (15%):
o Develop copy for campaigns and content marketing, ensuring consistent language and tone across digital touchpoints.
o Support the development and management of the marketing content calendar, collaborating with Channel Leaders and agencies when needed.
o Coordinate the development of marketing touchpoints (e.g., forms, emails, social media, landing pages, blogs) to support campaigns.

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in running email marketing automation campaigns.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in culturally and geographically diverse teams.
