Pay Rate : $26.00/hr.

Job Description

A Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for the flow of goods, services, and information throughout the supply chain. They coordinate procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationships to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the procurement, inventory, and logistics processes.
• Work with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize supply chain risks and disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with supply chain planner and inventory coordinator teams to improve order fulfillment and distribution processes.
• Utilize supply chain management software and tools for forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, shipments.
• Identify and implement best practices in sourcing, supplier management, and transportation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics.
• MS. Excel and analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain software (Great Plains and NetSuite systems preferred).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data analytics and supply chain optimization tools.
• Certification in Supply Chain (APICS, CSCP, or similar) is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced or global supply chain
